Toward Global Tsubaki
In April 1999, the Tsubaki Group developed the Tsubaki Mission Statement that expressed the Group's commitment to being a global leader and to providing the best value to customers. Since that time, the Tsubaki Mission Statement has guided the Group in the implementation of its business activities.
With corporate ethics and social responsibilities the focus of growing attention, in 2000 we established a basic environmental policy and in 2002 we stipulated Corporate Work Ethics for the Tsubaki Group. Each of us must take action while keeping protection of the global environment in mind and strive to put our ethical standards into practice.
Now, in our drive to be the "global best," the Tsubaki Group is focusing its comprehensive strength on maximizing our corporate value. No matter how our business environment changes, we will always remain committed to our customers and to manufacturing excellence.
We will strive to fulfill these commitments, which are incorporated in our Mission Statement, by acting in good faith as individuals.
