What are Tsubaki's Eco-Products?

The Tsubaki Group, a manufacturer of machine parts and equipment, has created a string of unique environmentally friendly products with excellent durability, light weight, and power transmission capacity. Tsubaki products are developed under our own voluntary eco assessment standards. As of 2011, all new products are required to meet these standards. Products that clear the standards are called "eco-products" and are labeled with the Tsubaki Eco Link logo.

With the aim of developing eco-friendly products capable of helping to reduce environmental impacts (“Ecology”) and increase value for our customers (“Economy”), the Tsubaki Group has established its own voluntary eco-friendly concepts consisting of seven items. This helps resolve productivity issues for example by tackling environmental considerations such as long service life by improving ease of maintenance and other ecological factors. Our eco assessment standards are prepared following these concepts, and products that meet these standards are referred to as eco-products.

RS® Roller Chain G7-EX

The new series of RS roller chain makes full use of Tsubaki's materials, heat treatment, and processing technologies. Based on the type-80 RS Roller Chain, which provides the world's highest level of power transmission, the G7-EX employs proprietary LD solid bush technology (patent pending). With double the wear life and a 33% increase in transmission capacity compared to conventional chains, it can contribute to CO2 reductions of 49% (Tsubaki findings based on LCA comparison with RS80-1 chain).

Cleanveyor®

Cableveyors are used for various applications in a wide range of industries such as the machine tool industry as protection and guidance systems for the moving parts, cables, and hoses that serve in industrial machinery.
Designed exclusively for use in clean rooms, the Cleanveyor® cable system represents an innovative departure from our conventional lineup. The Tsubaki Cleanveyor can be delivered with movable cables and pneumatic hoses pre-installed to meet specific customer requirements.

Labo Stocker Mini

Labo Stocker Mini is a small drug discovery library system that is capable of storing up to 1 million items. Aside from being capable of managing various different types of containers such as vials, tubes, and plates, Labo Stocker Mini comes with a range of optional functions, including the ability to expand storage capacity to cater to increased numbers of specimens.

Tsubaki NAB Aprovator® R Series

The Tsubaki NAB Aprovator is a bucket-chain conveyor suited for conveying abrasives, aggregates, and other difficult-to-handle materials via complicated (horizontal and vertical) routes. It also has the benefit of being able to prevent declines in transport performance due to adhesion when handling adhesive substances.

  • Low adhesion decreases energy loss, reduces cleaning frequency, and lessens environmental impact
