Conveyor Chains for Receiving and Feeding
These conveyor chains are specially designed for the initial conveyors that convey collected trash.
They are designed to withstand the wear from different types of trash and the impacts of loading.
FB Series Conveyor Chain
A solid lubricant has been bonded between the pins and bushes, and an O-ring has been fitted between links.
The solid lubricant minimizes chain (pitch) elongation, while the O-rings help prevent conveyed material from infiltrating between pins and bushes, and prevent the solid lubricant from escaping. This gives FB Series double the chain life.
Bearing Roller Conveyor Chain
Bearing Roller Conveyor Chain features a unique structure of cylindrical bearings inside the rollers. Tsubaki offers dust resistant, water resistant, and lube-free series as well. Solves the problem of stick-slipping that previous conveyor chains could not.
- Bearing Roller Functions
- Reduces chain running resistance (1/3 that of standard conveyor chain)
- Greatly increases roller allowable load
- Bearing Roller Effects
- Reduces chain load and required kW
- Prevents stick-slipping on long conveyors at low speed operation.
- Suppresses poor roller rotation and decreases rail wear
- Improves wear life (between bushes and rollers)
Sprockets for Large Size Conveyor Chain
For areas where attaching or removing sprockets is difficult due to equipment layout, we offer a sprocket that can be replaced without having to remove bearing parts around the shaft. This can help reduce maintenance times and costs.

Sprocket and Shaft Set Delivery Service
Sprockets will be delivered with the shaft incorporated after shaft finishing and sprocket phase alignment. There is no need for shaft mounting work or intake inspection. This is a popular service that can reduce man-hours for mounting on the device.
Man-hours are reduced 30-35% for mounting on the device compared to man-hours required for sprocket mounting.
