Easing impact noise between chain and sprocket
Uses Tsubaki's uniquely structured spring rollers for the chain rollers.
When Tsubaki's Low Noise Roller Chain engages the sprocket, the spring roller deforms and absorbs the force of impact,
reducing impact noise between chain and sprocket for 6-8dB lower noise levels compared to Tsubaki's standard (pre-lubed) RS Roller Chain.

Dimensionally compatible with standard RS Roller Chain.

・While dimensionally compatible with RS Roller Chain, be aware that there are limits to its kilowatt ratings. Select using general selection methods.
(Refer to kilowatt ratings table for each dimensions and specs. )
・Operating temperature range is -10ºC to 60ºC.
・Chain allowable speed is 200m/min.
※Lubrication may spatter depending on usage conditions.

It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and the chain specification used.

Please use standard RS steel sprockets for Low-noise chain.

If sufficient lubrication cannot be performed, hardened teeth is recommended for a large number of teeth.

(Hardened teeth is standardized for a small number of teeth. )
