Stainless steel top chain 　TS/TSA

Conveyor chain with plate attached to ANSI double pitch chain.
Base chain available in NP, Lambda and SS series, as well as various other specifications such as hardened specifications.

Features

・Can use sprockets for double pitch chain

Can use RF2060S sprocket (with actual no. of teeth more than 19T).
・Select to match works or atmosphere

Plates are hardened to improve wear resistance, or hard chromium plating and buffed on top surface also available.

Application

■Ideal for layouts with longer conveying distances, or for conveying heavy loads

■Chain specifications

・Standard Series ：
Base chain is steel-made, 18Cr Stainless Steel is used for top plates.
・NP Series (Ni plating )：
Base chain is nickel-plated to standard series. Nickel plating makes for a better appearance, and is hard to rust.
・LMCNP Series (Lambda )：
Lube-free (Lambda) chain using oil-impregnated sintered bush for the bush of NP series base chain.
・SS Series ：
All base chain parts are made of 18-8 stainless steel and is suitable for an environment where corrosion resistance is to be prioritized.
