New Tsubaki Emerson Compact Lini Power Jack
Large Jack featuring Lightweight, Compact Design
Facilitates design of smaller equipment
Tsubaki Emerson Co. (President: Tadashi Ichikawa; Headquarters: Nagaokakyo, Kyoto; A subsidiary of Tsubakimoto Chain Co.) has redesigned the 30 and 50 ton models from its heavy-duty jack lineup to produce the Compact Lini Power Jack. Sales of the new product will commence April 1, 2009.
Compact Lini Power Jack
Since going on sale, the Lini Power Jack electric linear actuator has been employed in lifting equipment and a variety of other applications in a wide range of industries including the LCD, steel, and theater industries. In recent years, in the steel industry and other heavy industries there has been an ever-increasing need for jacks that are capable of lifting heavy loads. At the same time, the trend away from hydraulic actuators towards electric lifting equipment grows due to environmental concerns. However, being larger than their hydraulic counterparts, electric linear actuators are not always suitable in terms of installation space requirements. With this concern in mind, Tsubaki Emerson has redesigned its heavy-duty 30 and 50 ton jacks, retaining the same basic capacity, but slimming down external dimensions for release as a compact model.
Features
- Energy-saving
A Lini Power Jack consumes approximately one third of the power required to run a hydraulic jack. They are environmentally-friendly products that provide energy savings as well as enabling significant reductions in carbon dioxide emissions. - Compact specs facilitate the design of smaller equipment
Compared to earlier Tsubaki Emerson models, the size of the area required to install the Compact Lini Power Jack has been reduced by up to 37%. This improvement provides significantly reduced space requirements and facilitates the design of smaller equipment. - Lightweight construction
The 30 and 50 ton models are respectively 27% and 15% lighter than earlier Tsubakimoto Emerson products. - High efficiency. High performance
The combination of high efficiency worm gears and high performance screws (machine or ball type) incorporating Tsubaki Emerson's proprietary technology is 5% more efficient than earlier Tsubaki Emerson products.
Applications
Perfect for lifting equipment for use in the steel industry, stage lifts for use in theaters, mold transfer equipment, and a variety of other large-scale lifting applications.
