TSUBAKI "KAIKETSU-KUN" SERIES meet customer's needs, such as "Eco-friendly", "Easy maintenance" and "No residue ", which is achieved due to these optional structures and the air-blowing system.

  1. FK FLOW CONVEYOR (Residue prevention at the tail casing)

    　　Remove residue with residue prevention plate and air-blowing system.

  2. NBK BUCKET ELEVATOR (CLEAN BOOTS)

    　　Remove residue with clean boots, air-blowing system and cleaning door

  3. CMD ONE TOUCH INSPECTION DOOR

    　　Prevent residue with residue prevention box and plate

  4. FK FLOW CONVEYOR (Open-close bottom plate at the intermediate casing, Removable casing cover)

    　　Remove residue at the intermediate casing with open-close bottom plate or removable casing cover

  5. FK FLOW CONEYOR (Residue prevention at the intermediate outlet)

    　　Set gate plate (Cross-gate) and casing bottom plate flat

  6. FK FLOW CONEYOR (Conveyor chain cleaner)

    　　Remove residue with felt cleaner fixed on chain

  7. FR LIGHT CARRY (Residue prevention for grain, rice and oat)

    　　Prevent residue with the structure resin flights scraping bottom plate

  8. FS FLOE CONVEYOR (Residue prevention for main and auxiliary materials)

    　　Prevent residue with the structure resin flights scraping bottom plate

  9. NFV FLIGHTVEYOR (Residue prevention)

    　　Prevent residue at the corner of casing on a horizontal and vertical lauout

  10. FK FLOW CONVEYOR (Resin rail)

    　　Prevent operation noise with resin treated rail at the return side.
