Lube-Free

Lambda Chain

  • Our best lube-free long life product Improved quality bushing

  • Ambient temperature range from -10°C to +150°C (+14°F to +302°F)

Lambda Chain (NP)

X-Lambda Chain

  • The definitive lube-free roller chain

Heavy Duty

SUPER Roller Chain

  • High kW ratings (30% more than RS® Roller Chain)
  • One size smaller than RS® Roller Chain can be used

  • M-type (slip-fit) connecting link for improved usability.
  • 4-pitch offset link for adjusting to the best length.

SUPER-H Roller Chain

  • High fatigue strength (6% more than SUPER Roller Chain)
  • High tensile strength (13% more than SUPER Roller Chain)
  • Ideal for low speed drives up to 50m/min and environments with impact load.

RS-HT Roller Chain

  • High tensile strength (19% more than RS® Roller Chain)
  • Best suited for low frequency lifting applications, and low speed drives up to 50m/min.

ULTRA SUPER Roller Chain

  • Highest fatigue strength (16% more than SUPER-H Roller Chain)
  • Highest tensile strength (17% more than SUPER-H Roller Chain)
  • Able to use chain two sizes smaller than RS® Roller Chain
Corrosion Resistant Slightly Corrosion Resistant

Surface Treated Roller Chain (NP)

  • RS® Roller Chains with nickel plating for an attractive appearance.
  • Slightly corrosion resistant.
  • Maximum allowable load is reduced by 15% in comparison to our RS® Roller Chain.

Surface Treated Roller Chain (WP)

  • RS® Roller Chain with a special surface treatment.
  • Superior corrosion resistance in wet environments compared to plated roller chain.
  • Same kW ratings as RS® Roller Chain.

Surface Treated Roller Chain (DP)

  • Chrome-free environmentally friendly chain
  • RS® Roller Chain with a double coating consisting of zinc and a special surface coating.
  • Superior saltwater resistance, weather resistance, and other corrosion resistance.
  • Same kW ratings as RS® Roller Chain.

Poly Steel Chain (PC)

  • Consists of SUS304 pins and pin link plates, and engineering plastic roller link plates.
  • Lube-free, lightweight, low noise (5dB lower than RS® Roller Chain)
  • Corrosion resistant
Heat Resistant

Stainless Steel Roller Chain (SS)

  • Roller chain using SUS304.
  • Suitable for water, acid, alkaline, and other corrosive environments.
  • Can be used in a wide range of temperatures from -20°C to +400°C (-4°F to +752°F).
Highly Corrosion Resistant

Stainless Steel Roller Chain (LS)

  • Plastic engineered sleeve between pin and bushing. (PAT.)
  • 4 to 10x the wear life compared to SS.
  • Roller material is available in two types, SUS304 and engineered plastic.

Stainless Steel Roller Chain (AS)

  • Precipitation hardened stainless steel used for pins and rollers.
  • Maximum allowable load is approx. 1.5x that of SS.
  • Slightly less corrosion resistant than SS.

Stainless Steel Roller Chain (NS)

  • Roller chain using SUS316 stainless steel.
  • Superior corrosion resistance to SS.

Titanium Roller Chain (TI)

  • Roller chain using titanium.
  • Suitable for water, acid, alkaline, and other corrosive environments.

Poly Steel Chain (PC-SY)

  • Pin and pin link are titanium, roller link uses special engineered plastic.
  • Greater corrosion resistance than Poly Steel PC.
Cold Resistant

Roller Chain (KT)

  • Can be used in colder environments than RS® Roller Chains down to -40°C (-40°F).
  • Same drive performance as RS® Roller Chains when used between -40°C to +60°C (-40°F to +140°F).
Pitting Corrosion Resistant

Anti-Pitting Roller Chain (APP)

  • Pin is specially surface treated.
  • Suitable for outdoor, coastal, and other environments where pitting is common.
Low-Noise

Low-Noise Roller Chain (SN)

  • Utilizes a unique constructed spring roller.
  • 6-8dB lower than RS® Roller Chain.
  • Best suited for noise reduction in theatrical stage lifts and mechanical equipment.
Curved

Curved Roller Chain (CU)

  • Roller chain that can sideflex greatly due to its unique construction.
  • Minimum sideflex radius (R=350 for RS40)
  • Suitable for curved roller conveyors and curved conveyance.
Pin Gear

Pin Gear Attachment Chain

  • Suitable for linear conveyance and applications where the chain is rotated in a large radius.
  • Uses attachment chain -- low cost alternative to rack and pinion systems.
  • Requires a pin gear specialized sprocket.
BS

BS / DIN Roller Chain

  • An ISO "B" chain.

BS Roller Chain Lambda

  • Lube free BS / DIN Roller Chain.
Leaf Chain

Leaf Chain (AL)

  • Referred to as a balance chain, it is excellent for lifting applications.
  • Configured with only link plates and pins.
  • 2 types available: light load AL type and heavy load BL type.
