Small Pitch Conveyor Chains : General Use
Most general purpose chain in our attachment chain line-up.
Divided into Double Pitch Chain and RS Attachment Chain by the shape of the
plate. All parts have been heat treated, increasing their tensile strength and
fatigue strength.
Small Pitch Conveyor Chains : Lube-Free
Since there is no need for lubrication, this chain is useful for reducing
maintenance time, improving the work environment, and increasing productivity.
*Lambda Chain for drive applications is also available.
Small Pitch Conveyor Chains : Corrosion Resistant
Roller Chain that has been coated with a plating or made from stainless steel. In addition to its attractive outer appearance, it offers slight corrosion resistance that enables use in environments where the chain may come into contact with water.
Small Pitch Conveyor Chains : Lube-Free / Lightweight / Low-Noise
This chain is lube-free, lightweight and low-noise thanks to the use of engineered plastic sleeves and rollers.
- Base chain available in carbon steel and stainless steel.
- Superior wear resistance significantly improves chain life.
- Compared to steel rollers, engineered plastic rollers are 15% (s-roller) and 30% (r-roller) lighter and 7 to 10dB quieter.
Small Pitch Conveyor Chains : Lightweight / Low-Noise / Heat Resistant (Plastic Roller Double Pitch Chain)
Uses engineering plastic rollers. Standard series uses engineering plastic rollers (polyacetal) on a steel base chain (heat-treated).
NP Series uses parts that are nickel plated, except for the plastic rollers.
SS series uses engineering plastic rollers (polyacetal) on 304 stainless steel base chain.
