Surface Treated Roller Chain (NP)
RS® Roller Chain that has been coated with a glossy nickel plating. In addition to its attractive outer appearance, it offers slight corrosion resistance that enables use in environments where the chain may come into contact with water.
Surface Treated Roller Chain (NEP)
RoHS compliant and environmentally friendly.
Pins, bushings, and plates are treated with a triple layer special surface coating, while rollers are treated with a separate special surface coating.
Anti-Pitting Roller Chain (APP)
Pin is specially surface treated. This protects the pins in outdoor, coastal, and other environments where pitting is common.
