Timing Belts&Timing Pulleys

Zip Chain Actuator®
The Zip Chain Actuator enables unparalleled space savings compared to hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders. In addition, hydraulic units are not required as it can be driven electrically.
Gear Motors
We offer a complete line-up of gear motors. We recommend highly efficient, compact Hypoid Motors.
Reducers with DC brushless motors are also available.
Pin Gear Drive Unit
The Pin Gear Drive Unit can be installed more roughly than rack types, which significantly reduces installation labor. Stainless steel types and surface treatments are also available to increase corrosion resistance.
Cable Carriers
Cable carriers can be selected from a wide variety of options, such as sizes, shapes, materials. Furthermore, we offer TOTALTRAX with cable carriers and cables delivered as a set.
Rail yards
Lift Master
Lifting the carriages is inefficient and requires qualified personnel to operate the lifter for safety, but the cantilever Lift Master is easy to operate and can realize a safe working environment.
Zip Chain Lifter®
Compared to hydraulic lifters, the Zip Chain Lifter has a self-holding mechanism and enables accurate positioning even under high-load conditions. Also, it allows for space savings thanks to its low-floor design, such as for the mechanical section for separating carts and wheels.
Zip Chain Actuator®
The Zip Chain Actuator can be installed in narrow spaces without digging a pit thanks to its low floor and compact design. Users can link two units together when the required thrust for one unit is not enough. Allows for installation on ceilings and in other compact areas.

We offer an extensive line-up of gear motors. Users can select capacity and reduction ratio suitable for the drive.

Shock Guard®
The Mechanical Overload Protector is used in toll arms to prevent damage to vehicles, whether the arm opens correctly or not.

Compared to hydraulic cylinders, Power Cylinders enable easy installation by eliminating the need for hydraulic pumps and pipes, so there are no worries about environmental pollution from oil leaks.
Drive chains and Sprockets
Tsubaki drive chains and sprockets are used for driving applications. NEP Series surface treated roller chain with superb corrosion resistance and chemical resistance is ideal in environments prone to rust.
Cable Carriers
The open types (TKP/TKUA) of plastic cable carriers are often used. Long span cable carriers are also available for use with long strokes.

Compared to hydraulic cylinders, Power Cylinders enable easy installation by eliminating the need for hydraulic pumps and pipes, so there are no worries about environmental pollution from oil leaks.
Couplings
Long Spacer Type Disc Couplings, which don't need intermediate shaft bearings, and its spacer parts can be used in floating conditions. We recommend interlocking them with Power Cylinders.
Electroless nickel-plated/stainless steel types that suit outdoor environments are also available.

Tsubaki offers chain products that suit usage environments and sand/gravel properties to contribute to overall cost reduction.
Drive chains and Sprockets
Heavy Duty drive chains and sprockets with higher maximum allowable loads are used for driving elevators.
Tough Tooth Sprockets with improved durability are recommended for Heavy Duty Chain.
Large Size Conveyor Chain Sprockets
The replaceable tooth/split types can be replaced without having to remove the shaft. This can dramatically reduce replacement labors and costs.
Cam Clutches
Cam Clutches are used to prevent reverse rotation of bucket elevators. In addition to their proven results, they can be safely used even in dusty environments thanks to their dust preventive specification and special design for Cam Clutches.
Cranes for segment conveyance
Power Cylinders
Power Cylinders are used for driving the gripping arms of cranes for segment conveyance.
Compared to hydraulic cylinders, they reduce the risk of oil adhering to segments.
