Long Service Life
With no parts to wear, offers long usable life.
Lubrication Free
With no sliding or rotating parts, there is no need to lubricate. Also comes in the G type, which can replace gear couplings requiring lubrication.
High Torsional Stiffness
The optimally designed disk uses the finite element method to achieve high torsional stiffness and excellent flexibility.
Environmentally Resistant Type
The electroless nickel-plated type and the stainless steel type can be made upon request for applications in clean rooms or environments where the coupling comes into contact with water.

Electric Insulation type is also available. (Spacer type)

5.Hub Configuration

Hub Configuration
Extended-Diameter Hub
When the shaft diameter exceeds the maximum shaft bore diameter of the standard hub, regardless of there being sufficient leeway in the transmission capacity, you can select the extended-diameter hub that provides a larger boss diameter ("H") instead of increasing the size.
Long Hub
When the key surface pressure is too high with the standard hub, the long hub can be used, which provides a longer dimension "B", to lower the key surface pressure.
