  • Prevents entangling and catching, enables smoother transfers.
  • Introducing the WT-TP1907-L114 with a plate length of 114.3mm.
    Allows for a more compact transfer space than with previous products.

2. Installing transfer plates

  • Use transfer plates with raised rib type chain.

3. Installing the caps and mounting screws

Attach transfer plate caps and mounting screws of transfer plate as shown on the right.

Also, adjust installation position of mounting screws in response to operating temperature conditions to allow for thermal expansion of the chain.

Install mounting screws for transfer plates 2 and 3 at the center of the long hole.

Install mounting screws for transfer plates 2 and 3 closer to the center of the chain.

Install mounting screws for transfer plates 2 and 3 closer to the end of the chain.
