  • Plastic Modular Chain

WTM2535G-M Series

We added a new low-magnetic type to our line-up of fixed width type Plastic Modular Chains with a 25.4mm chain pitch.

Magnets are embedded in the link plates to allow conveyed items (magnetic materials) to be held in place, which enables inclined conveyance.

Released on January 1, 2020.

1. Features

Reduces damage to conveyed items and chains.
The low magnetic force minimizes the impact occurring when conveyed items separate from the chains, which reduces damage to conveyed items and the chains.

If the magnetic force is too strong…

features image

If the magnetic force is too strong, trays cannot easily separate from the chains, which will cause the chains on the inclined conveyor side to lift up. Thus, both trays and chains will be subject to impact when trays are transferred.

By using a magnet with allow magnetic force…

The low magnetic force minimizes the impact of transfer, which reduces damage to conveyed items and chains.

Smooth transfer

This low-magnetic type makes right-angled transfers smooth.

Easy chain assembly/disassembly with slide plugs.

This series uses slide plugs on both sides of chains. Thus, you can access from either side and insert/extract pins by simply sliding the plugs. This contributes to fewer maintenance man-hours.

features image

Magnets are cylindrical to prevent them from falling out.

This series uses cylindrical magnets, which prevents them from falling out from sliding friction.

Note: No guarantees are made for use under conditions when the magnets have fallen out.
