- ・With a higher allowable load than Plastic Block chain (RS60-SC is approx. 7 times of RSP60), making it ideal for layouts with longer conveying distances.
- ・Plastic is used for the cover that comes into contact with conveyed objects, preventing them from being scratched.

Consists of a steel base chain and plastic snap covers.
When selecting a product, select the specification of base chain and snap cover.
・Base chain specifications
- Standard Series :
Base chain is made of steel and main dimensions are the same as standard roller chain, however the shape of pin ends is different.
Note that the strength is lower than RS roller chain.
- NP Series (Ni plating ):
Base chain is nickel-plated to standard series. Nickel plating makes for a better appearance, and is hard to rust.
- LMCNP Series (Lambda ):
By using a special oil-impregnated bush that uses NSF H1 compatible oil for nickel-plated base chain, it can be used without lubrication (Lambda) and with a long service life.
- SS Series :
All base chain components are made of 18-8 stainless steel, and can be used in an environment where corrosion resistance is prioritized.
