Free-flow chain for direct conveyance without pallets.

Features plastic rollers above the chain's pitch line, so the space between plastic rollers does not change, even when articulating.

  • The height of the special attachments and upper face of the plastic rollers is the same, allowing for smooth transfer of items from one direction to another on chains installed in parallel.
  • Roller coefficient of friction for plastic rollers: 0.06 - 0.10
  • Plastic rollers are twice as wide as ST Series (excluding RT300 Series), making the chain perfect for conveying pallets and cases.

2. Structure

The RT Series is the same as the ST Series without the special attachments.

4. Sprockets

RS sprockets (B-type) can be used if they have 23 or more teeth. The boss on sprockets with 22 or fewer teeth will contact the chain plates. In this situation, use a sprocket for plastic roller tables. (The inner and outer links on the RT600 Series have the same height.)
