Using the Automatic Lubricator for Roller Chain (supplied with food grade lubricant)

1. Cut the tip off the lubricator cap end.

Install the optional brush after cutting off the tip as required.

2. Set the dial to position 1 and leave it until lube discharges.

There is a time lag between starting the lubricator and lube discharging. (When setting the dial to position 1, there is one-day time lag until discharge. When used together with the optional brush, there is a 3 - 5 day time lag.)

3. Set the dial to desired lube discharge period.

Set the dial to position 12 for 12 months. Amount of oil discharge will be approx. 0.014mL/h.
Set the dial to the position 6 for 6 months. Amount of oil discharge will be approx. 0.029mL/h.

4. Manually lubricate the chain thoroughly before use.

5. Install the lubricator by using the optional clamp or other equipment.

Secure the automatic lubricator to avoid vibration. (There is an M4 bolt hole on the clamp.)
