Introducing Tsubaki’s new plastic top chain series using Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene!

Offers high shock resistance even in low temperature environments.

UPE

We adopted UHMWPE (Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene) for the RS80 Series link material for the first time.

We have newly added the UPE Series (low temperature/chemical resistant series) to Tsubaki's Plastic Block Chain line-up.

This plastic block chain conforms to Japan's Food Sanitation Act thanks to its high shock resistance and superior chemical resistance. In addition, it has a potential to play active roles in various applications as materials approved by the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) are used.

Features of UPE Series (low temperature/chemical resistant series)

High shock resistance even in low temperature environments

UHMWPE (Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene) has high shock resistance and is not prone to scattering damaged, which reduces the risk of contamination due to chain damage. Furthermore, this plastic block chain can be safely used for food conveyance as it's made of the material that conforms to Japan's Food Sanitation Act.
