The Tsubaki Circle Feeder is an innovative feeder that stably and accurately discharges bulk materials thanks to its unique structure.
Structure of Circle Feeder
- The Circle Feeder is composed of an inner cylinder, which is an extended part of a tank/bottle, and a torus-shaped outer cylinder. Each cylinder has a different function. On the bottom panel, the center rotary vanes/outer rotary vanes/outer rotary rings all rotate together.
- The inner cylinder functions as a discharger for the powder/granular materials remaining in the tanks/bottle in 360°, while the outer cylinder functions to convey materials being discharged from the inner cylinder to the outlet.
