Establishment of Tsubaki Group product sales company in Spain

Strengthening Sales in Spain and Portugal
In an effort to strengthen sales in Spain and Portugal, Tsubakimoto Chain Co. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka, Japan; President: Yasushi Ohara), through its wholly owned subsidiary Tsubakimoto Europe B.V. (Headquarters: The Netherlands), has established "Tsubaki Iberica Power Transmission SL" (hereinafter "TISL"), a sales company located in Spain.
TISL has acquired the Tsubaki product-related business from our Spain/Portugal distributor, "Transmisión S.A." (Spain). Through this acquisition, the Tsubaki Group will take the lead in marketing and engineering activities in the Spain and Portugal markets and strengthen sales of our products.
