Tsubaki BFV Flightveyor Conveyors in Eco-related Industries

For conveying incinerated ash and silica sand.

Tsubaki BFV Flightveyor is a flight conveyor that transports abrasive materials such as incinerated ash and silica sand.
This unique conveyor is extremely effective in handling abrasive materials thanks to its rational combination of both flight conveyors and bucket elevators features.

Features and Conveying Capacity -- BFV Flightveyor

BFV Flightveyor
BFV Flightveyor
  1. It lets conveyed materials accumulate on the bottom of the casing at a certain thickness, which prevents its steel plates from wearing. The casing has a longer life, as conveyed materials do not scratch the bottom of the casing. A special attachment is attached to buckets to avoid clogging/growth of accumulated conveyed materials.
  2. Conveyor chains run on the rails without being buried in conveyed materials on horizontal sections. The bucket elevator system is applied to vertical sections, and sprocket rotary motion is used where there is force on the upper/lower-corner sections, minimizing power (motor kW) needed.
  3. Buckets move in both horizontal and vertical directions. This construction allows the load of material in the buckets to be conveyed at the same conveying efficiency in either direction.
  4. Conveyed materials hardly spill when buckets are transferred between horizontal and vertical sections. This flight conveyor enables flexible layouts. In addition, inlets/outlets can be attached anywhere along the horizontal section.
