One-Touch Inspection Door® Series and Options TSUBAKI One-Touch Inspection Door
One-Touch Inspection Door has two styles (regular and high-neck), and each style has a wide variety of options such as standard, transparent windowed, pressure resistant, flanged, and with screen.
Options can be selected from three different corrosion resistant series as well as a variety of gasket options. Use them in line with your worksite atmosphere/operating conditions.

One-Touch Inspection Door Options
Options can be selected from three different corrosion resistant series: P series (standard), Q series (corrosion resistant), and R series (all stainless steel corrosion resistant). There are also three different gasket options to choose from: polyethylene foam (white), neoprene rubber (gray), and heat resistant (200°/400°).

- Tsubaki bears no responsibility for any adhesive peeling that may occur due to the different coefficient of thermal expansion between the steel and gasket.
- A stopper frame is equipped to prevent gasket misalignment for heat resistant gaskets (200°C/400°C) and neoprene rubber (sizes 3 & 4).
- Ceramic gaskets conform to RCF (refractory ceramic fibre) regulations.
One-Touch Inspection Door with Screen --- Roller Latch (G)
One-Touch Inspection Door with a screen for product liability. It utilizes a finer screen to prevent accidental insertion of hands. Basic specification are the same as those of other series.

Transparent Windowed One-Touch Inspection Door (T)
This type is for indoor use in ambient temperatures (max. 80°C). You can inspect inside the machine or equipment without opening the cover. Basic specifications are the same as for other series.

Transparent windows will be delivered unattached with adhesive bond included. Please place the transparent window onto the cover of the One Touch Inspection door on-site. Transparent window (with its frame) is also available individually.
Flanged Door Type One-Touch Inspection Door (F)
Flanged Door Types are bolt types suitable for situations where the risk of fire hazards or explosions are a concern. It does not require any retouching of the base coat or welding finishing.
Residue Prevention Type One-Touch Inspection Door --- with Box (B)
Residue Prevention Types provide control the amount of residue inside the frame. Basic specifications are the same as with standard types, just with a residue prevention box mounted on the cover.

We pickle the steel to remove the weld burns on the Q and R Series, which is why there are four holes on the box to drain the pickling solution.
Residue Prevention Type One-Touch Inspection Door --- with Inner Lid (Z) [Patented]
With the traditional Residue Prevention Type, some conveyed materials remain in the gaps between the residue prevention box and frame, which then spills out when the door is opened.
With this series, a special inner lid has been pressure bonded onto the inner surface of the frame to prevent residue from accumulating. This prevents residue from accumulating in the frame. Suitable for preventing contamination from plant-based materials.
- The inner lid is gray to stand out, but the product is rust-colored.
- Flanges are available optionally and not included with this product.
*No attachment hole on the flange. - Only neoprene rubber and heat resistant options are available.

Pressure Resistant Type One-Touch Inspection Door (V)
Pressure Resistant Types with a thicker frame and door than with standard types. Uses special pressure-resistant type gaskets.
Inset a gasket into the frame after applying adhesive to the gasket groove.

Suitable applications
- High-humidity locations (around 100°C)
- Suitable for high-pressure locations where standard steel thickness may result in cover deformation and air leakage.
- Locations where a certain amount of air tightness (water tightness) is required.
- Points of caution
- Our in-house test shows that this type can withstand the pressures of 9.8kPa (ref.: 0.1kgf/cm2) and air densities of 7.3kPa (ref.: 0.075kgf/cm2) with no leakage. However, these are not guaranteed values because values will depends on welding and gasket attachment.
