Introducing the Sorting/Branching Unit of the QuickSort High-Speed Automatic Sorting System

Solving the problems of transport and sorting sites
Tsubakimoto Chain Co. (President: Yasushi Ohara, Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka) will start selling the sorting/branching unit of the QuickSort high-speed automatic sorter on February 10.
QuickSort is a turn-roller type high-speed automatic sorting system.
Taking advantage of its features as a high-speed gentle sorter for conveyed objects, it has seen use in infrastructure such as parcel delivery centers, distribution centers, production logistics sites, and more.
The system is based on the sorting/branching unit, which has a simple structure with a single motor that rotates all rollers and is easy to maintain and is equipped with peripheral conveyors. We have proposed and delivered this system to our customers as a sorting system that automates the entire process from arrival to shipment. In response to customer requests to use the sorting/branching unit as an individual unit connected to an existing conveyor line, or to incorporate the unit into their own equipment and design their conveyor layout freely, we will begin selling the product as an independent branching unit.
With a total of 2,000 units sold in Japan and overseas, this compact and highly reliable sorting/branching unit will help solve customers' problems such as labor shortages, elimination of human errors during operation, and more.
