Selected as a 2024 Certified Health & Productivity

Tsubakimoto Chain Co. (Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka, President and Representative Director: Takatoshi Kimura) has been recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a 2024 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (large enterprise category). This marks the company’s first-time selection for this prestigious recognition, which was announced on March 11.

The Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program recognizes enterprises of all sizes, including large corporations, and small to medium-sized businesses, that demonstrate exceptional health management practices. These practices are based on health promotion initiatives established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and Nippon Kenko Kaigi.

At Tsubaki, our health promotion initiatives are rooted in the belief that our people are the cornerstone of our management. Consistent with our Basic Health and Safety Policy, we have always placed the health and safety of our employees at the forefront of our health promotion activities. In response to changes in both internal and external environments, Tsubaki adopted its Health Declaration and Basic Health Promotion Policy in August 2022, further reinforcing our commitment to employee well-being.
