Basic BCP Policy

The Tsubaki Group recognizes that it has the responsibility to customers, business partners, employees, and society to continue its business activities. The following Basic BCP Policy identifies minimizing the risk of those activities being disrupted in any way and ensuring business activities are restored as quickly as possible as the Group’s most important management tasks.

Basic Policy

1.Give top priority to ensuring the safety and security of employees, their families, and anyone else involved in the Tsubaki Group business activities.

2.Strive for quick recovery of business by prioritizing effective activities in consideration of any impact on customers, business partners, and society, as well as of potential damage to the Group business activities.

3.Clarify the social roles of each business and fulfill those responsibilities in accordance with the business environment.

4.Contribute to regional and societal recovery by working closely with local communities, governments, and other entities near business locations and actively cooperating with local governments when requested.
